DateAugust 26, 2020

Good day everyone!  This report is written by a passenger on board the “Naiad Explorer” today, Brad, who is from Victoria, BC.

Trip Highlights(where we went, what we saw, etc.)

Saw a humpback on way to see orcas, the viewed T 18’s for a while. After following and viewing we went to see more humpbacks, seeing at least 4 at the same time! Then a viewing of stellar sea lions before returning home. Exceptional commentary throughout, highlighting marine ecology and needs of animals.

Additional Comments:

Excellent weather and time allocation. As always, exceptional trip. A must for anyone visiting the island. During Covid pandemic, with excellent safety protocols in place; very safe while maintaining the experience. Very well done.
